Refund & Exchange Process

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you choose an exchange (subject to product availability), the replacement will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Products
